Portland Golf Club

Portland golf course was first established in 1927 .It is the only Sandgreens course in the Blue Mountains District

and isregarded as the most challenging sandgreen courses in Nsw .

Portland is now a nine hole course and still a challenging one. It’s a par 71 for both men and women

Situated just 14km off the Great Western Highway, 20 minutes West of Lithgow and 10km from the Wallerawang turn-off, Portland is a pleasant 2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney, at the foot of the Blue MountainsWidely

regarded as the most challenging sand green course in New South Wales, Portland's beautiful undulating 9-hole course offers an experience not to be missed.

This 9-hole has 16 tees, plus women's teesPortland golf club is a public course

open 7 days a week Green fees are payable by the honesty system. When the club is not open.

Club hours are 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday. Saturday to Sunday 12noon to 8pm

A social "19th hole" overlooking the fairways, or a game of snooker or cards, or a social evening with friends- Portland Golf Club is happy to serve.
