Situated just 5 minutes drive from Nuriootpa, the Barossa Valley Golf Club boasts a 6026 metre, par 72 course.

 

Many visitors consider the greens some of the best and most consistent they have played.

 

The fairways seem generous, but the rough can be punishing and some well-placed bunkers guard the fairways and greens.

The tees are well made.

Players have the use of a practice fairway, putting green, a practice bunker and chipping green.

 

Kangaroos wander the course as you play and bird fanciers will be delighted by the rare bird life found on a golf course that also acts as a sanctuary for flora and fauna.
